We cannot thank everyone at Hopkinson’s in Worksop enough for the care, kindness and professionalism they showed us following the loss of my sister-in-law.

From the very first contact, we were treated with such compassion and understanding at what was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family. Everything was handled with such care and respect, and we always felt that our family and our wishes genuinely mattered.

A special thank you to Mark, Rachel and Steve, who were just a few of the wonderful team members who supported us throughout. They were so kind, patient and reassuring, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Their personal approach made such a difference to us during a very difficult time.

The whole funeral was handled beautifully, with such dignity and attention to detail. We felt completely looked after from beginning to end, and we will always be grateful for the support they gave us in helping us give my sister-in-law the farewell she deserved.

Thank you to Mark, Rachel, Steve and the whole team at Hopkinson’s. Your kindness, compassion and professionalism meant more to us than you will ever know. We would wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone who finds themselves needing your services.

No one ever wants to use an undertaker but unfortunately it is a necessity for our journey through this life. Having said that I know that I made the right choice for my late wife’s funeral arrangements in August this year. I chose Hopkinsons in Worksop. Right from the get go I was made welcome, walking through their front door I was met by Rhian who was a professional and a lovely person. She helped me through a very difficult and emotional time in my life giving me great confidence in the arrangements she helped me make. I felt that they cared for and looked after everyone with great respect, compassion and empathy. I can highly and easily recommend them to help you through what will be one the worst times in your life. Thank you Rhian and Rachael xx
