At a time that was very sad, the Bicester Branch Manager, Rob, guided us through the tasks ahead, with sincere empathy. He was thoughtful, had a wealth of knowledge, and he and his staff looked after us, and my sister who had passed.
Whenever we needed help or advice he was on the end of the phone, nothing was ever too much trouble for him, likewise if we popped into the Offices, we always were made welcome.
Oliver & James Head Office also picked up one unanswered call, and were equally sympathetic and helpful.
The funeral was everything we wished for, and it reflected my sister perfectly.
We can't thank them enough.

What a wonderful company. We dealt with Rob at the Bicester office and he was amazing — so helpful and truly empathetic. He supported us throughout the entire process and was incredibly patient. We’re very grateful for everything he did for us.

We used Oliver and James in Bicester for my mum's funeral last week. They made my Mums funeral a very special occasion. She would have loved it. Right from the start when we had the initial meeting with Rob, we were handled with such respect and empathy it made it so much easier. Rob guided us with his expert knowledge and had the patience of a saint.
The whole day went without a hitch and the service from the team was impeccable and outstanding 👏 👌 they were so amazing and respectful, I can't praise them highly enough.
As for Katrina, the funeral director on the day, well, what a beautiful and wonderful person she is !! She made me feel at ease immediately. She pre-planned everything and left nothing to chance. Her meticulous attention to detail was exceptional. She sorted out the music so professionally, it was all seamless. She kept me informed of everything, and delivered everything I hoped for. I couldn't have got through the day without her, she was so helpful.
