I'd like to say Thank You. The care and respect you showed my husband Frank was absolutely outstanding. Anna Thomas was amazing. She put myself and my son at ease from the first meeting. She went well out of her way to enable us to spend time with Frank. I could never thank her enough. She even made sure there was a cup of tea with him three times a day. On the day of the funeral. Anna and her team were so organised and professional at all times. There was someone on hand to guide us through from beginningto end. Ensuring that everything went really smoothly.

I really can't praise We James & Son enough. Especially Anna. Thank you. You made a very difficult upsetting time alot easier. For that I am sincerely grateful xx

Heartfelt thanks to W. James & Sons Funeral Directors for the compassion showed when taking my mum in to their care. Jenna handled the whole process with such professionalism and she guided and supported us through the whole process with the utmost of care. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff we dealt with were amazing throughout and we will be forever grateful that we were able to give our mum the send off she deserved. Thank you so much Jenna and all the staff.
