The team at Robery Ayling took care of our needs very efficently, sensitively and took me through the process to get our cremation done in a timely manner in a way that gave us the completion of the goodbye that can only happen once. Having not had to arrange such things previously Abby helped me and guided me through the process without any upselling but rather focusing on our familys needs. Costs seemed very reasonable. She was tolerant and very accomodating as I asked for last minute changes and additions. She reccommended and dealt with the flowers and minister and I could not have been happier with the outcome.Emma also provided support likewise with genuine warmth and humanity.

Thank you for taking care of us.

I cannot thank Abby enough for the support and care she provided during such a difficult time. From our very first conversation, it was clear how knowledgeable she was. She explained all of the different options available in a way that was clear and never overwhelming, which was so important when everything else felt so uncertain.

Abby’s compassion and professionalism made an unbearable situation just that little bit easier. She kept me informed every step of the way and always made sure I knew what needed to be done and when. Her calm and caring approach gave me confidence that everything was being taken care of.

Thanks to her, the arrangements ran smoothly and with dignity. I truly felt supported throughout the entire process, and I’m so grateful for the way she handled everything with such empathy and attention to detail. Abby really made a difficult time more bearable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of a compassionate and capable funeral plan consultant.
