Our prices include all the essentials
The prices you see on each branch's Price List are our lowest for each type of funeral. They include caring for the person who's died, a simple coffin, and the cremation or burial. We don't charge for the little touches like placing a rose on the coffin or playing music.
What affects the cost?
You can choose to add a personal touch, such as a unique coffin, flowers, your choice of transport, a printed order of service or a memorial. There might be additional costs depending on the type of funeral you choose, or what you require. Recently arranged a child funeral on behalf of a close family friend.
This was a very complicated one because it involved lots of unusual procedures including contacting overseas agent and various parties involved, repatriation of the deceased from abroad and making insurance claims in addition to the normal funeral arrangements for the funeral service here in the UK.
The New Malden team has been absolutely amazing in every aspects throughout all the steps up until the funeral day and afterwards!
Giving precise and helpful advices, making prompt contacts with all the parties involved, carrying out their service with such professional excellence yet so patient and supportive.
