Rated 5/5

Recently arranged a child funeral on behalf of a close family friend.

This was a very complicated one because it involved lots of unusual procedures including contacting overseas agent and various parties involved, repatriation of the deceased from abroad and making insurance claims in addition to the normal funeral arrangements for the funeral service here in the UK.

The New Malden team has been absolutely amazing in every aspects throughout all the steps up until the funeral day and afterwards!

Giving precise and helpful advices, making prompt contacts with all the parties involved, carrying out their service with such professional excellence yet so patient and supportive.

Rowan and Gail, you have been most kind and helpful!

I would highly recommend this team to anyone who might be searching for a suitable funeral director.
