Mark, Carole and Jessica treated us with the utmost respect and compassion from start to finish on looking after my father.

They kept us fully informed every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble. Mark, Carole and Jessica were absolutely professional and sympathetic to all our needs.

During a very Painful time the team at Frederick W Paine guided us with deep care and dignity. We felt listened to and never rushed. Every small detail was handled with calm and Professionalism allowing us to focus on saying goodbye to our dear Mum. We strongly recommend their services to other Families.

From start to finish the guys at Frederick W Paine were amazing. From the first phone call to the actual day they all listened with compassion and sincerity and helped plan the best way to celebrate my father. Carole was never to busy to answer my questions ( no matter how stupid they must have sounded). The day of the funeral everyone was so professional but also so heartfelt with the way everything was dealt with it was like having extra family members there not strangers caring for my father. I whole heartedly recommend this company to help you celebrate your loved one’s life. Thank you so much.
