What families say about us

The help and support through a tough couple of weeks show by the personnel at the Clydebank site was exemplary.

I had never been in a position where I had to organise a funeral and have full responsibility for managing someone’s passing.

From the outset, when Amanda and Dougie came to collect the deceased, support from Amanda and Jan with organising the funeral until the funeral itself where Amanda and Dougie’s experience and empathy shone through.

After the funeral the kindness and support was still there from Jan when collecting the ashes of Alexis up until selling the account.

Those three individuals made a situation that I was dreading, an organised and professional process that I am so grateful for.

Many thanks to you, Jan, Amanda and Dougie. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

All requirements went without a hitch and in a timely manner. Staff were professional and sympathetic.

Special mention to Jan and Carla who were brilliant throughout the process.
