What excellent service was provided by Dyson Richards when my mother recently died.

A few years ago I was worried when I saw that my mother had made her funeral plans with Dyson Richards in 2001 because I assumed that things would have moved on and I would have to redraft the details. But no, I was told that everything would stay exactly as planned and, when the time came earlier this year, Dyson Richards stood by what they had promised.

Although I spoke briefly to other friendly staff members, Sue was the person I had the most contact with. She gave me step-by-step information and answered all my questions in a very patient and kindly way. She treated me as though we were friends and I felt able to grumble to her about things (NOT to do with the quality of service I was receiving from the Company!) happening away from the funeral premises.

On The Day the passengers travelling in the limousine sat in a comfortable room so that we could feel more relaxed before setting off. Marie popped in several times to brief me further. She kept me posted throughout the ceremony eg about times etc. which was very useful. Being part of the cortege and watching Marie's actions was a very valuable and important part of the procedure for me.

The drivers carried out their duties with a quiet competence and the piper selected by the Company was a firm favourite with all the attendees.

I would most definitely recommend anyone living in the locality to chose the services of Dyson Richards. They were professional, focused and understanding at all times.

Thank you for helping us to get through such a sad occasion.

Dyson Richards Shirley have arranged both my mum and dad's funerals, mum being the most recent. We have found them on both occasions, to be very professional and approachable. They guided us through every stage with empathy and respect at a time when it's difficult to make decisions. My parents were very forward thinking in arranging funeral plans with Dignity, which helped us tremendously with knowing their wishes. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dyson Ruchards
