From the very first moment I contacted Chappell & Rice, they were amazing. Obviously it was an extremely hard time for me. I had never had to deal with a funeral before, but Will and the rest of the team made everything so easy. From start to finish they were amazing. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough.

I cannot rate Martin highly enough, he was so professional, kind and extremely caring.

He helped me so much, his discretion and advice was welcome and I would never use anyone else from now on ..

Thank you Martin

We were provided with clear guidance and quickly got venues and dates confirmed, so we could plan the funeral. On the day of the funeral, the service was very professional but also attentive at the same time.
