Our prices include all the essentials
The prices you see on each branch's Price List are our lowest for each type of funeral. They include caring for the person who's died, a simple coffin, and the cremation or burial. We don't charge for the little touches like placing a rose on the coffin or playing music.
What affects the cost?
You can choose to add a personal touch, such as a unique coffin, flowers, your choice of transport, a printed order of service or a memorial. There might be additional costs depending on the type of funeral you choose, or what you require. I used CS Bowyers in 2022 for my mother, and again in May this year for my father. Karl and his team are just superb. They took the time to get to know me, and how I wanted everything managed. As a result, they made an impossible situation bearable. They are discreet and handled a delicate family situation diplomatically. This is not a service anyone wants to use, but as and when you need to call someone, call Karl and his team at CS Bowyer. They are brilliant.

So far so good. However, as of today, 30/05/2026, I have not received the remains of my wife since she was cremated on the 18th May.
