I found all the staff very courteous and helpful and I was treated very well. They treated my mother with dignity and care which made the whole experience easier at this very difficult time and I want to thank them all.

I used CS Bowyers in 2022 for my mother, and again in May this year for my father. Karl and his team are just superb. They took the time to get to know me, and how I wanted everything managed. As a result, they made an impossible situation bearable. They are discreet and handled a delicate family situation diplomatically. This is not a service anyone wants to use, but as and when you need to call someone, call Karl and his team at CS Bowyer. They are brilliant.

So far so good. However, as of today, 30/05/2026, I have not received the remains of my wife since she was cremated on the 18th May.
