We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Bailey & West Funeral Directors for making things run so smoothly from start to finish of Jackie’s funeral on the 11th August. As far as I can remember there weren’t any problems that I can recall and I’m sure if there were they were they had been put right without a hitch. You are a very professional company and very caring where nothing is too much trouble for you.
So, to everyone involved, and we mean everyone; THANK YOU so much for making the lead up to Jackie’s special day and on the day itself a memorable one for us, family and friends.
God bless you.
With love and light,
Tony, Lee and Martyn Hedger
My husband's funeral was made easy because of the helpful staff and the smooth operation of the funeral directors. He had an AgeUK funeral plan and this was adhered to by Bailey & West.
I would recommend Bailey & West as their staff made a difficult task easier with their sympathetic understanding of the difficulties loved one have at these times.
I would like to thank all the staff for the kindness and consideration they have shown me.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and being open with us about the service we provided and for entrusting us with the care of your husband. We are glad that we were respectful of your needs at such a difficult time. I am pleased it all went well for you and the family.

From the first meeting with Kelly to arrange all the relevant funeral arrangements we can only praise her and all her colleagues in the kind caring and thoughtful guidance given during the process. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and considerate approach through all of the time we were with the personnel involved with the funeral throughout.
Thank you for highlighting a member of our team who has made a difference to your personal experience. All feedback is greatly appreciated. I am pleased to hear that our team were so kind and caring to your family.
Our family were very impressed with the Funeral Service. All the staff were very kind, personable and professional. They liased well with me and other family members. We felt they gave us a lot of freedom regarding the order/content of the service, whilst supporting our combined and individual needs. Their attention to detail was superb.
I highly recommend Bailey and West funeral Directors.
