We cannot thank Hazel & Sons, Erdington, Dignity Funeral Directors enough for the care, kindness and dignity they showed our family when looking after my dad, Joe Burton, and helping us say our final goodbye to him.
From the very first phone call to collecting Dad’s ashes, every step was handled with such compassion, professionalism and respect at what was an incredibly difficult time for us.
A special thank you to Jade, who was our first point of contact. She was absolutely lovely, kind and reassuring from the very beginning, making us feel that Dad was in safe and caring hands.
Thank you also to Gary, who drove our funeral car with such care, and to Francis, who walked in front of Dad’s coffin with such grace, dignity and respect. These things might seem small to some, but to our family, they meant the world.
Everyone we dealt with made an incredibly difficult experience that little bit easier, and we will always be grateful for the way Dad was cared for and treated throughout.
Losing someone you love is heartbreaking, and knowing that they are being looked after by people who genuinely care makes such a difference.
Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of my dad, Joe You helped us give him the dignified and respectful farewell he deserved, and we cannot recommend you highly enough. ❤️

My contact with every member of hazels was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish, I have used two other funeral parlours in the past hazels being my 3rd and I have to say my experience with hazels was far by the best out of all three. I can not thank all the members of hazels enough for helping me through the most difficult time of my life and for helping me send my mom on her final journey the very best way possible x
