Unfortunately this experiance was poor, I was trying to sort out my mothers funeral from distance, and expected a far more proffessional service than received from sophia, who didn't have a clue about what to do, it made me wonder how a company can charge so much for such a burial, she was clearly an apprentice, probably not even that qualified to be honest, I would not use this company again, and still been charged for memorial cards that they didnt produce as we did ourselves,

Jack was extremely helpful and provided all the information I needed to arrange my brother’s funeral from a distance. Nothing was too much trouble and he took time to explain everything and help me with decisions. The funeral was dignified and as my brother had asked. A very professional firm that I would highly recommend.
