I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff that facilitated my mum’s funeral yesterday, their care of us and respect they gave my mum were exceptional and made a difficult time easier to bear. From the first phone call and meeting with Aaliyah everyone was sympathetic and made the whole process easy to deal with. The celebrant Steve was excellent. I thoroughly recommend this company they are professional and caring.

Many of the family that attended commented that the service was lovely and totally reflected my mum. I was kept informed at all times and checked on to make sure I was ok and comfortable throughout the experience of dealing with B Wallis and Son.

Thank you

Susan Miles and family.

The funeral arranged by Dawn was perfect.

Everything explained clearly, was on time throughout, all requests met and fulfilled.

The team was very respectful to all, several people remarked on the whole service.

A big thank you to everyone for making it stress free.
