From the moment our lovely mum was collected she and us were treated with such empathy , kindness and respect . Kirsty guided us through everything leading up to funeral and Scott and the team on the day of the funeral could not have been better . They ensured everything went smoothly, on what was an emotionally draining day for my sister and I . We can not thank all of the staff enough .

I cannot thank the team at Titfords enough. They went above and beyond to ensure a family member was put to rest. Even through a very difficult situation remained professional and guided us through. Absolutely amazing service from them all! Would 100% recommend. Team are all so lovely and understanding. A special thank you to Kirsty Fowler for all that you did for our family. And a thank you to Scott also.
