Excellent service and experience from start to finish, started the unpleasant process early to cause less grief if we had started at the time of our sad loss, its only when you require this service and other duties that you realise what goes into a berevment and all I can say is they all did my father proud, its a pity he did not see the 4×4 landrover that took him to the crematorium because he was a landrover and 4×4 fan and it would have made his day.So on behalf of my self and sisters many thanks.

From the bottom of our hearts we want to thank Sankeys’s monks in Leigh for the service they provided for the funeral of Linda west 26th February. Every member of the team was very kind and professional. Special thanks to Lesley who is excellent at her job and made the whole journey less painful

We recently had to say goodbye to our much-loved next-door neighbour, Kenny, and entrusted Sankey & Monks Funeral Directors with the arrangements. During such a difficult time, their team went above and beyond to support us with warmth, compassion, and professionalism.

A heartfelt thank you to Lesley, Jen, Helen, and Paul — each of you showed such kindness and care, making sure every detail was handled with respect and thoughtfulness. You truly made a heartbreaking time a little easier with your calm guidance and genuine empathy.

Kenny was given the send-off he deserved, and we’re so grateful to all of you for helping us honour his memory in such a beautiful way. Your support meant the world to us and won’t be forgotten.
