I had no problems at all with Langshaw.
They organised and accommodated us with ease and comfort.
All request were met with "no problem" and their was nothing that they wouldn't do for me.
My thanks for all you did, especially Fleur who was the front and main contact, again my thanks

Langshaw Calverley Funeral Directors were professional, efficient and considerate. However, I was not impressed with The Dignity Group.
Less than a week after my husband's funeral service had taken place, I received a sales call from Dignity to ask if I had a Funeral Plan with them and if I would like to attend an Open Day with a view to taking out a plan. I consider that this was an incredibly insensitive and unprofessional and extremely rude at such an upsetting time.

Very poor communication, this funeral was arranged to be as close to my brother's wishes as possible. I was very grateful that I was able to say my goodbye close to my home but disappointed I was never given a cremation date. Is that too much to expect!

If you get certain benefits you may be eligible for the Funeral Expenses Payment. You can find out more, check your eligibility, and apply on the GOV.UK website.

There are government organisations that need to know when someone dies. Tell Us Once is a service that lets you report the death to most of them in one go.
