From start to finish, the whole process was made incredibly smooth and streamlined by Yanni and her team. Although there were a few indecisions within the family, Yanni guided us in the best possible way and helped us come to the right decision.

On the day itself, everything was handled professionally and exactly as it should have been. Everything was perfect for my grandmothers send-off.

I highly recommend Yanni, Karren and the whole team. Thank you again for all your care, support, and for helping us make the day so special.
