Laura was wonderful, and really helped my Mother and I through every step of the way during a difficult time dealing with the sudden death of my aunt, and getting her ashes back to us in America.

Hampstead is a truly special area in London. Celebrities are living in this area, but there are also ordinary people. When someone leaves us, this difference is not important. What makes J. H. Kenton funeral agency truly special is that they organise dignified services regardless of who has left this world. I experienced the best possible support throughout an almost month-long painful journey after the death of my beloved wife. I will be forever grateful to the people at J. H. Kenyon - by Laura, Rosalie, Ben and the other for everything they have done to ease my pain and will always remember the beautiful service they organised. Thank you.

If you are going through the excruciating loss of a loved one, then you could not be in more loving hands than those I have found at North Finchley JH Kenyon. The whole team from after hours to working hours, were nothing but kind and understanding, patient and willing to go the extra 300 miles. I had an incredibly complex service that I organised myself with a running sheet, timings, music, videos and eulogies. It was a huge job for everyone involved as they had never had so much detail to work with. I also directed the service myself because I didn't want anyone else to do it. No one knows my father like I do or like my mother and brother do. The team supported me every step of the way and even let me run through my own eulogy for feedback and advice which came with absolute love and respect. I didn't always know exactly what to expect from a funeral director but the love and respect that they gave me and my mother was deeply felt. Thank you everyone at JH Kenyon. I shall forever be grateful for helping and holding upright through what was the most emotional and hardest day of my life. Nadine
