As a Care Home Manager, I recently arranged a funeral for one of our residents who had no surviving family. The funeral directors handled everything with exceptional dignity, compassion, and professionalism.

They showed great respect for our resident at every stage and guided us clearly through the arrangements, making what could have been a difficult process feel calm and well organised. Their communication was prompt, and nothing was too much trouble.

I am truly grateful for the care and sensitivity they demonstrated and would highly recommend their services.

After the sudden passing of our beloved mum. I was at a loss as what to do. A good friend mentioned Graham Minchinton at TH Sanders. I find it hard to express the words of the empathy & understanding given to my family. TH Sanders & Graham organised our mum's send off so well. Everything was explained & everything went perfectly. The Service Director Niall was truly amazing. Thankyou all of you.
