It was my first choice as I had already used Joseph Ports when my father passed away a number of years ago. As previously the professionalism, ease of communication and respect shown to our family was first class!

I contacted Potts to make arrangements for the funeral of my husband and I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful treatment and service I received. Sandra swept into action and did a wonderful job of leading me through all the steps and fulfilling all my requests regarding music, celebrant, photos etc, and all with a friendly but respectful and professional manner. I particularily appreciated her achieving a fairly quick funeral date and also her keeping in touch before and sfter the event. Several of the people attending the cremation commented on how respectful the staff attending were, and the lovely John our driver was so calm and helpful. My sincere thanks to all at Potts for making a sad, difficult time go so smoothly.
