Rated 5/5

Suzanne at Chessington and the wider Frederick W Paine team took care of everything in organising my Wifes funeral. We cannot thank them enough for the service my family received.

Highly recommended

Rated 5/5

Suzanne, Mark and his team were absolutely amazing. As you can imagine, the experience of any family member passing is a difficult one to manage, however the whole team were hugely supportive, kind and patient. Their guidance was invaluable in ensuring the planning, the day and the subsequent steps were completed to plan - all with dignity and respect. The team couldn't do enough to ensure mum was treated with the upmost respect and dignity. Couldn't recommend the company and the Chessington team enough

Miller Man, 18 June 2026

Rated 5/5

My Mother was buried on 29th May 2026. As a family our hearts are broken but I cannot praise Alison Lelacheur, our funeral consultant enough. The professionalism is simply unmatched, they are traditional, compassionate and always happy to help. They took exceptional care of our Mum until the very end and we will always be incredibly grateful. Mark was also amazing on the day along with his team, only too happy to help and giving moral support. I don’t think our experience could be any better.
