I was most impressed with the service I received from Donna and her team at East Molesey for the funeral of my wife, Jane Poole. They were so sympathetic, nothing was too much trouble. The funeral was just how I wanted it, a fitting tribute to my her. My heartfelt gratitude.

When my mum died pretty sudden I was lost and wasn’t sure how I would deal with everything and organise a funeral while trying to grieve , I stepped into the molesey branch and was greeted by Donna who gave me a big hug and put me at ease right from the start , she went through everything with me and my family and made sure all our wishes were met ( and they was) , every small detail I requested was done and nothing was to much trouble . The whole team really went above and beyond for my mum even wearing pink ties on the day of the funeral with our request of a touch of pink. .. Quentin was so kind and made sure on the day we was ok as a family and checking in on us he went that extra mile . We had a lovely lady Naomi as our celebrant who again went above and beyond and we was truly grateful to Donna for matching us up as she was perfect for our family .

And a big shout out to honeysuckle florist. The flowers were stunning and even the small bumble bee detail which I requested was subtle and beautiful . It was just what I wanted for my mum and was lovely.

The only thing I would say is the limousine wasn’t as spacious as I would have liked ( 6 adults fitted ) but was abit squished and when it’s humid or warmer weather it was a little uncomfortable . It didn’t affect anything on the day just our own opinion on that , but we was all given a bottle of water on the day in the car so again them small touches went a long way . I would highly recommend Frederick Paine molesey branch .
