SIMPLY FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM MY FIRST ENQUIRY .....WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND

MAURICE CRUTCHLOW, 8 September 2026

Rated 5/5

Recently arranged a child funeral on behalf of a close family friend.

This was a very complicated one because it involved lots of unusual procedures including contacting overseas agent and various parties involved, repatriation of the deceased from abroad and making insurance claims in addition to the normal funeral arrangements for the funeral service here in the UK.

The New Malden team has been absolutely amazing in every aspects throughout all the steps up until the funeral day and afterwards!

Giving precise and helpful advices, making prompt contacts with all the parties involved, carrying out their service with such professional excellence yet so patient and supportive.

Rowan and Gail, you have been most kind and helpful!

I would highly recommend this team to anyone who might be searching for a suitable funeral director.

Frederick W Paine at New Malden were professional, respectful, kind and did everything they could do to make a difficult and confusing time bearable. Rowan was kind, courteous and helpful, and we are very grateful to the team for all they did for our Father's funeral.
