It's a strange thing when you lose somebody very close to you, in our case an aged mother of 107, even though one has expected the event for some time when it happens you suddenly realise that you don't know where to start
Our answer was to appoint Dillistone and Wraights as our funeral director. They took control and clearly explained what was happening and what was going to happen. This wonderful level of care went right through the funeral process to the cremation at the charming Oaks crematorium. They looked after everything from music to flowers to service sheets, to video link. It all flowed seamlessly with constant input from experienced members of the D&W team who were unfailingly helpful and respectful. It made all the difference and we had an amazing funeral that everybody will remember forever. Thank you.

Natalie and her team, at a difficult time for the family, showed great compassion and empathy throughout our experience. The whole team were professional and courteous and helped us all through what is, naturally, a difficult experience.

Natalie at the Chichester Branch is a star. Sensitive, helpful, friendly, knows exactly what she is talking about - just what you need when emotions are fragile. Every business should have a Natalie!
