The team at Francis Chapel Horsham have been fantastic. My parents set up funeral plans a few years ago and on my father’s death, one call and Dean and his team moved into action. They handled the initial day and had someone with me within an hour. The team were always respectful and supportive in their support for my mother and I and my deceased father. They helped steer me through the next stages of the process and provided an enormous amount of care and support during the period after my father’s death. The funeral planning was impeccable and the service and attention to detail was excellent. My father couldn’t have been in more caring and supportive hands and the team helped us spend our time saying goodbye without us worrying about the funeral.

Thankyou to everyone involved with the care of my father.

I have never had to deal with anything like this before but from the first time I spoke to Chris at the Horsham branch, I knew I was in good hands. I had a couple of special requests; like wanting a Maserati to be in the procession, but he sourced this for me and nothing was too much trouble. The day was very emotional but I understood everything that was going to happen, and that’s thanks to Chris and the excellent, professional, caring service he provided. Thank you Chris.
