From my first meeting right up to and including the cremation service I was treated with so much respect and empathy. Jess, Cameron, the wonderful Meg and Micheal are the most helpful and lovely people anyone could meet. They listened to what type of service I wanted for Huw and ensured that the funeral was special for him. Especially the steam train theme, Arsenal emblem and the bottle of beer.
