Very professional throughout whilst arranging and on the day. Would recommend 100%. And thank you to everyone involved and to Rachel our funeral director for being there guiding us through and making it a little bit easier for us.

From the moment we phoned to book an appointment, to after the funeral, all we can say as a family is that Rachel (and all at R Davies Bishopsworth) went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Every little gesture and detail. Even follow ups with checking on us that we were doing ok. You never think of leaving a funeral director a review, but in this instance, it goes without saying. They weren’t just compassionate, understanding and professional throughout. They genuinely cared. And that meant so much to us. Rachel, we honestly couldn’t have made it through that journey without your support. For such a difficult job to have, you are a true credit to the service. I can only imagine the amount of comfort you have personally provided families like ours, such an empathetic, kind and genuine person. Thank you for caring for Mum for us. Thank you to R Davies, from all of us as a family!
