Losing my father hit my mother especially hard. The staff could not have been friendlier, more helpful, or more professional. They helped us to find a celebrant who did a great job, a coffin that we both liked, and an urn that we were both happy with. The funeral really caught my father's personality, and turned out to be a good send-off, and we were pleased that R Davies also helped to raise some money for a cancer charity with their donations options, that hopefully will help someone else's loved ones to have a better chance of survival in the future.

Above all, they were patient when my mother and I had our lives upended by my father's death, and I really cannot overstate how good they were to my mother who was just a very disorientated ball of grief, who took a lot longer than usual to take things in.
