What families say about us

Rated 5/5

I cannot thank Roy Preddy Funeral Directors enough for the care and support they provided following my mother’s passing.

From the very beginning, their professionalism was clear. They guided us through every step of the arrangements with patience, clarity, and genuine compassion, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and thoughtful.

Their attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring that every aspect of the service was handled perfectly. What stood out most was the respect and sensitivity they showed - not just toward my mother, but to our entire family. Nothing felt rushed or impersonal; instead, everything was conducted with a deeply personal touch that truly honoured her life.

The service itself was carried out with dignity and warmth, striking exactly the right tone. It was a fitting and beautiful farewell, and that means more to us than words can fully express.

I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of funeral services. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference during a very difficult time.
