My mother passed about 10 years ago followed by my father recently. Butlers & Sons namely Carol & Dawn and the team provided an excellent and caring service. Nothing was too much trouble and it was so reassuring to have someone there to help with all that needed to be done and to give both my parents the send off they deserved.

Even though we had a funeral plan. Using Butler and Son's funeral services was excellent. My son's and I felt very relaxed with Carol for the initial meeting and giving us all the information. Everyone went above and beyond making our sad and stressful few weeks very calm and peaceful. So thank you all for everything you all did for us and our departed loved one ❤️

Obviously not a great experience when it's someone's funeral to organise but, Carol and the team provided a brilliant service and were fantastic with my dad who had lost his wife (my mum). Nothing was too much for them to do for us and their empathy was extremely comforting. Thank you from me and my entire family.
