From the pre-funeral arrangements through to the day of my mum’s cremation, the team were absolutely amazing. Everything was handled with kindness, dignity, and great professionalism.

I would also like to extend special thanks for the continued support following the cremation, particularly when arranging the removal of the stone from the existing plot in preparation for the interment of ashes. Dave, in particular, gave us so much of his time, never making us feel rushed, and answered all of our questions with patience, care, and genuine compassion.

At what was a very difficult time for us, the support we received meant a great deal.

We had Lynn Geast and she was really lovely and friendly, she explained everything clearly so we understood, would recommend Green & Sons Funeral Directors to anyone a very good service.

Our daughter Winnie was suddenly and sadly born sleeping in September and F.E.J Green & Sons were trusted via the bereavement team to look after us for the final part of her journey before her service. Myself and my husband have never needed to sort this kind of thing nor should we ever have to, what has been the hardest and most painful time for us was made slightly more bearable by the team at Green & Sons. The hearse was decorated beautifully by them with soft teddies and blankets, perfect for our beautiful baby. On arrival to the crematorium, as a family we were respected and so was our daughter, especially whilst they removed her casket from the hearse and showed my husband how to carry her into her service. We are so very grateful and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again, from Hollie and Marc (baby Winnie’s parents) x
