I had the unfortunate need to use B Wallis & Sons earlier this year when my Dad passed away, never easy but I must say the service and care I received from B Wallis and in particular Helen ( the arranger) & Jade (our funeral director on the day) was second to none. They made what was a very difficult time that much easier to deal with and nothing was too much bother. On hand always leading up to the funeral and amazing on the day and handled with such compassion and care. Highly recommended 5🌟 & Thanks again.

Unfortunately recently our late mum passed away and we had the pleasure of being looked after by B Wallis & Son in Oxlow lane Dagenham,from the very first moment me and my sister met Jade we knew that mum would be in safe hands.Jade was extremely caring and professional as nothing was to much trouble at this awful time,we also had the pleasure to have met Mary and Steve both caring people who took the stress out of what was a terrible time.We would both like to thank Steve who walked in front of the hearse and stopped outside mums carehome so all the staff and residents could pay mum their respects..a lovely moment that we will remember forever.Thank you again Jade Mary Steve and all the other staff for helping us through this difficult time
