It is with deep sadness we announce that Pat passed away in Wexham Park Hospital on Friday 2nd August, aged 89.
Pat will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends and all those that knew him.
Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Wednesday 21st August at 10.00am, in the Wellington Chapel.
No flowers for the funeral please but donations, for those who wish, can be made to the Alzheimer's Dementia UK, via the link below, in memory of Pat who was keen to do whatever he could to help.
