James Oliver Mullan died peacefully on the 5th August 2024 on The Wellow Unit at St. Mary's Hospital aged 83 years. He was dearly loved and very special and will be missed greatly by all his family, extended families and friends. All welcome to join us at his funeral service, commital, and to celebrate his life at The Vectis Club Newport.
