David Edward Smart sadly passed away at Southmead Hospital on 8th June 2024 aged 88 years.
David will always be loved and remembered by his devoted family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
The funeral service will be held at Mangotsfield & Castle Green United Reformed Church BS16 9EP at 3.00pm on 5th June 2024.
There will be a family committal at Westerleigh Crematorium
Following the service the family warmly invite you to share memories of David at Chipping Sodbury Golf Club. Trinity lane, Chipping Sodbury BS37 6PU
