A keen sportsman and ex rugby player. Former teacher at Oakley Secondary School and Cleeve Comprehensive. 

After a long battle with numerous conditions, Phil passed away at Gloucester Royal Hospital on Saturday 10th August 2024 aged 80 years. Loving husband and father to his wife Penny and their daughter Thea.
