It is with deep regret and sorrow the family announce the passing of Francis Joseph Noon, known affectionately to family and close friends as 'Frank'. A beloved father to Chris, 'Frank' sadly passed away on Monday 12th August 2024, aged 103 in the comfort of his own home in Ashford, Middlesex.
