It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Evelyn Mary Barker on 12th November 2023, aged 72.
Mum was a great role model. She was a devoted wife, mother and friend, fiercely advocating and loving of all those around her. She was a bright beacon that kept us all together, always guiding us home. She showed astounding bravery, exceptional strength and determination. We will be proud of her forever and always hope to emulate all that she instilled in us.
She will be deeply missed, forever loved and always, always remembered.
Eve, after all our precious time together I find I love you more and more. It was you yesterday, It is you today, it will be you tomorrow, and for the rest of my life, it will always be you. I love you my dearest, sweetest Eve. Thank you for being my light, my strength, my wife and companion.
