Pat sadly passed away on Sunday 14th July 2024 in Trinity Hospice. She will be dearly missed by her devoted husband Bill, son Sam and all her family and friends. Pat's wish was for everyone, who attends her service, to wear bright colours to reflect her beautiful character.
