Peacefully on the 16th July with his children by his side at Edinburgh Western General Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer for many years, John age 69.
Much loved and loving Dad to Sean and Laura, cherished father in law to Claire and Gary and an adored grandad to Ellie, Lucy, Declan and Yasmin, a special great uncle to Charlotte, dear friend to Teresa, loving brother to Hugo and Francie and the late Bridgid, Gracie,Kathleen and Eddie and a cherished uncle to all his neices and nephews. John will be sadly missed by all his family but we hold our memories close and are comforted to know that he is at peace now and reunited with his parents, siblings and nephew.
Funeral Mass to take place at St Patrick's RC Church,and thereafter Mount Vernon Cemetry.
Donations welcome if desired in aid of Macmillan. May he rest in peace
