Beloved husband of Maureen, loving father of Simon, Rachel and Brian.
Father-in-law of Jim and Maja devoted grandfather of Patrick, Evelyn, Juno and Rex.
Funeral Service in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium 582 Doagh Road BT36 5BU, on Tuesday 28th May 2024 at 12 noon.
No flowers please. Donations in memory of Chad if desired direct to Marie Curie 60 Knock Road Belfast BT5 6LQ.
All are welcome to join the family for refreshments at Greenisland Golf Club 156 Upper Road, Greenisland, Carrickfergus BT38 8RW from 1.30 pm.
Chad will be sorely missed by his loving family circle at home and abroad.
