Our beloved and devoted mum, nan, sister & auntie - Kim, sadly left us on the 24th July after her long ten year battle with Dementia to be reunited with her mum Sue.
We will miss her so much and want to remember the vibrant, kind person she was before she became ill, as well the character she continued to be.
Kim's love for Chelsea Football Club and music continued on in her journey and we will carry this on by remembering her each and every time one of her favourite songs are played and her team play a match.
We would love for you to celebrate Kim's life for her final farewell and if you would like to send flowers they will be much appreciated but a donation to Dementia UK would be of huge benefit for the continued research and support to familes and those with the disease.

Kim will be making her journey from Denise's address: 5 Stephenson House Station Court SW6 2DN at approx. 12.30pm where we will follow her to Mortlake Crematorium. You are more than welcome to join us or meet at the crematorium for a 1.20pm prompt start of service.
If you wish to wear a small amount of blue to honour Kim's love of Chelsea F.C then please do so.
