It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Raymond Thomas Puttock, who sadly passed away at the John Radcliffe Hospital on Wednesday 24th July 2024, aged 79 years, after a short illness.
Raymond is survived by his son, Duane, and daughter, Kim, as well as his grandchildren, Sara, Matthew, Summer, Joshua and Samuel.
There is no dress code and there will be no 'wake' after the cremation.
