He leaves behind his beloved wife, Josefa Roca Bayo, and their adored daughters, Maria and Vanesa Morandeira Roca, who were the joy of his life. Jesus was not just a retired chef; he was a man who loved to indulge in the pleasures of eating, long distance walking, and had a deep appreciation for music, especially enjoying the vibrant rhythms that reminded him of home.
