Passed away on 27th July.
Loving wife of Andrew, cherised daughter of Sonia and Tom, beloved sister of Jeanette, Mark and David.
A celebration of Sally's life will be held on Friday 16th August at 10am in Cardiff and Glamorgan Memorial Park.
Wear something bright in Sally's memory if you chose.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, would be appreciated for British Heart Foundation.
