It is with sadness we announce that Michelle passed away on Saturday 29th June.
She will be greatly missed but fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
We will be celebrating her life and saying our final goodbyes on Monday 5th August.
Michelle's family have asked that instead of flowers they are supporting the Macmillan Charity.
